The Game, if nothing else, teaches us that life is fragile, that an end must come for us all. But no lessons can prepare us for events as overwhelming and sorrowful as those of September 11, 2001. People who did not seek the spotlight, people doing their best to live fully, innocents, people whose greatest accomplishment each day was to go home to those they loved -- all robbed by wrath, by destruction. Our sympathies went out to all of the victims and their loved ones.
